Meridith working for Internews in Chad


Meridith recently visited Chad and worked on an extensive film/photo project about community radio stations in refugee and IDP camps along the Chad/Sudan border for the NGO Internews (www.internews.org). Meridith is a freelance photographer based in Caracas, Venezuela since 2007. She has covered Latin America and the Caribbean for five years, working in Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Argentina and Peru. She is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Journalism, Eddie Adams Workshop XX and former first assistant to Eli Reed of Magnum Photos.
